It made me aware of focusing on me instead to the situations that brought on the mistrust. I was more aware of how I react when certain situations show-up and remember the fact that forgiveness took place. It is good for clarity of your mind. It is like talk therapy.

My expectations were exceeded. I had no idea I was going to be given all the tools I was given. That was a nice surprise. I'm much more mindful of my cravings and not as easy to give in as before. Three things that I learned and have benefitted me the most are: Understanding the mind when it comes to cravings & mindless eating; having clear cut goals to work towards; being allowed a "cheat" or "treat".
